Her administrative skills support the entire staff as she designs protocols and guidelines for employee productivity and improved customer service. Gina managed our beautiful Skin Deep San Luis Obispo Salon and Retail Center for 8 years before joining forces with the Santa Barbara staff to implement the retail Point of Sale software technology, a critical change after 25 years.  She has collaboratively built the E-commerce site which will now give many throughout the country a chance to experience Skin Deep.
